Before I start my Application:
I got permission from DcxBigDaddy to apply and I know all the replies to start with is going to be something to do with my activity but by the end of the week it will all be perfect and a respectable amount of time. I also used to be an old Super Admin (which is the Head Admin now) which I had for a very long time and was never really inactive until the last few weeks where I took time to think about if I should resign or not, Here is my Mod app that I made when I got accepted.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have had alot of experience with ALOT of ZARP servers and I also used to be a super admin (which is now called Head admin) and having this rank will help me with dealing with Rule breakers as I already encountered when I came on today (23/02/15) which I got some staff members to help me deal with them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I will explain a situation as a Super Admin (which is the new Head Admin) I had many of these so it is hard to explain one but I can say that if I was going to get one I would try my best to either calm him down and see if he could understand what is going on and if he could

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I would first start off by telling him/her on how to use the commands and ask them to note down the commands and an example that I would supply them with so they can refer to it when they are in need of using them but not sure how to use them and no one is there to guide them, so they could go back and take a look at the command and an example of how to use them.

Next I would explain on how to not TP everyone as this could happen if I do not explain/teach them.
After I would talk to them on how to be calm and professional in certain situations and when not to lose their temper with certain things.

Lastly I would teach tell them some tricks and tips on how to handle something’s that could be tricky like how to TP to a roof or how to handle with some players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would shorten his ban to four weeks as it would be his first ban, but if he came back on and showed he did not want to be with us by ruining others RP situation then I would go forward and Perma ban him again and would not short his ban that easily in the future.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Well I should be chosen because I love helping out anyone in need of help and I also have been a staff member last year for a year or very close to a year but I resigned as I had stuff going around in the background (Granddad had cancer and it was painful for me and eventually he died on the 5th of February this year also a couple other things) I feel that I am fit and ready to handle anything that comes in my ways and I hope you pick me as I love helping this community in any single way which I have done since I joined as you can still see I am a responsible member of the community as I have Global Mod on the forums and I also have TS Staff and the last rank is Rust Mod, I have nothing really to say than what I have so VOTE FOR ME

Well, I must say thank you to TiGzTer. He is the one who convinced me once to return to ZARP. He is one of the best possible friends, he is always ready to help. The best point is that he is one of the most hard-working people on ZARP. He clearly deserves this position as he used to be SuperAdmin before (Would even risk the sentence - possible best SuperAdmin)

I wish you best Tigz, hope that this wont finish just on Admin.
