Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM occurs when a player is killed by another player for no proper reason in accordance with the rules.
Example: Patrick kills DCX on the street with his Glock for no reason. Since it was not raid or mug, it classifies as RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR stands for as you were born again. You don't know who killed you, so you can not revenge him for that. You may also not enter the place of your death for 3 minutes.
Example: DCX is mad since he lost his pricey AK. DCX decides to go back to the place where he died, to kill Patrick for that, which is in violation with NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using outside RP info to help with RP scenarios. This mostly occurs misusing /OOC.
Example: DCX calls for help via /OOC and tells his mates to kill Patrick.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player DCX accuses player Patrick for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Patrick killed player DCX.
First, I would hear out both sides of the story and ask for any proof. Since none sides have no proof, and Patrick claims self defense due to DCX shooting him, there is nothing I can do except for teaching how F5 works.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player DCX accuses player Patrick for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Yet again, I would hear both sides of story and ask for proof. Then I check both death locations (that is possible in logs, right?) and determine, who is the victim. Patrick will probably have to face warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player DCX calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Since it is not that big of rule breaking (in my opinion), I would let him off with verbal warning. If it happens again, I'd go for warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been in ZARP since almost the beginning. I have learnt from my personal experience, how easy it is to get person a fake warning. (2 of them this year) I would do bit further investigation before giving out warning, and if needed, listen to their epilogue even if warning has been handed out.
I often find myself in ZARP with no moderators on duty. I call it the ZARP DeathMatch server. I believe I would do a great deal being online during these hours and bring some extra justice.
I also find myself being a bit of a mentor already. When someone asks me for directions to mines. It usually ends up me teaching them how system works and giving them some extra cash to help them out.

My history might not be too clean. I have notched myself up and been warn free for 2 weeks. With more responsibility, I can ensure that there will be none again.

I classify myself as tourist on server #2. There's bit lack of road network in my opinion for my Ferrari.
