Explain: Random Death Match (RDM) and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (or RDM) is when one player kills another player for no reason. There has to be a valid reason why you kill a person eg: raiding a persons base and killing them is allowed.
Example: Player X thinks that Player Y is stupid, so kills him.

Explain: New Life Rule (NLR) and give an example scenario:
New life rule-or NLR-is if/when a player dies, he has to not return to that area for 3 minutes. This is DISTRICT WISE, so if you return to the same district, you are breaking NLR.
Also, if that player dies, he has to forget everything that happened to him(where he died, when he died, who killed him.)
Example: Player X raids Player Y's shop, and kills him. Player Y then returns immediately to the shop to stop X.

Explain: Metagaming and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when a player types roleplay-related text into the OOC (out of character) chat.
Example: Player X says in the OOC chat: "Come to my awesome gun store, we sell SUPER cheap guns.". He is breaking Metagaming, because this is roleplay-related text.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y of breaking RDM, the logs show that y killed x.

I would take them both to a private area, where they would explain their sides of the story. Of course, it may not have been RDM. If there was enough evidence to show that y broke RDM, I would ask y why he/she did so. If they did not give me a valid reason, I would warn y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in the logs.

Again, I would take them to a private area where they can both share their stories on what actually happened. Screenshots and videos would be good as well. If there was enough evidence, I would warn player y for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would tp player x to a private area, and explain to him what he is doing wrong. I would then warn him for Metagaming and ask him to read the !motd about it.

Why I think I should be promoted,
Do any of you ever get that feeling where you play or see something, which is awesome and amazing, and then you play or see something similar to that, and it is just nowhere as good? Well that's what Zarp is like. Playing it is awesome and amazing and any other words similar to that, and playing any other RP server just bores me. I just love what the game includes; missions, cars, gangs, etc. The community of Zarp is great, and the staff are really nice and fun to hang out with. I am a nice person, and I would NEVER abuse my power because that would just ruin the gaming experience for other players. I don't get warnings anymore, this is what has gotten me denied. I am so sorry for these, it makes the app look bad.

- Someone pointed out you saying "rulebreaking season is over" and it does kind of mean like you have times that you do break rules and times that you don't, If you're applying for this position then you cannot be breaking rules frequently or breaking them at all.

- I get that you want the position, but i suggest waiting like 2-3 weeks before applying again since of course all your warnings are still present and you need to show that you changed during those 3 weeks.

- You want the position but because of the amount of times you applied it just seems like it is causing you to pretty much rush the application, there's no point in applying if you're just gonna rush it.

Thanks for the comments. Any supports (+support, -support, neutral) would be nice as it would tell me how my app is. But I am patient so I can wait.

I know this is a double post, but you have written that I am inactive. Well that's not true and I know why. Not long ago, I changed my name from jedijack81 to |Z|jedijack81. So there is a gametracker for my normal jedijack81, and there is a gametracker for |Z|jedijack81. Sorry that this may cause problems.
