Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
If an moderator ive attempted to help as mutch as i can. I attempted. Ive not always but around 40% of the time needed to call an admin to do stuff. Like ban someone who's farming with a building sign. Or remove a propblock, Or ban someone who left in punishment. I kinda needed admin help all the time
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I am gonna talk about Propblock in this case. Ive had F1's about them a lot aswell. And now really what i mean is. An moderator cant remove props themself they need to call in the player and hope they will remove it for them. Or they have to call in an admin. It can be annoying. So i think it might be better if i can handle the situation Myself
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
As a moderator you should attempt to help people. Using all the commands you’ve learned. You can also ask for proof. If there’s an F1 thats really hard for you to handle You can using the Admin chat Always ask assistance to an more experience moderator or an admin or even in some cases An Super Admin. If you find someone doing stuff like basing with a building sign and no admin is online you can always make screenshots and 1. Show them later 2. Make a post. You’ve got more to do as a mod so i would suggest that you also keep in mind that you cant base 100% of the time anymore. Aswell as you can’t break any rules because remember People look up to you. It might be hard to understanding everything you need to do but with good questions and knowing the drill a bit you can come really far. Don’t be shamed of asking questions everyone does it. Even a Admin sometimes ask questions like What should I do. And if your not sure about something being allowed or not just look up the rules they are still there to help you. Also never forget that your RPing Wont be as easy as before. Let me explain this to you if a player you tped into an F1 says. “TP ME BACK I’m RAIDING!” Or something like that don’t tp them back freeze them or so something so they wont run. An F1 goes above RP 90% of the time
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Player x. I think your time of being banned shoult be over. If you really mean what your typing in your unban appreal then i must say that we might give you a second chance. Since this is your first ban at my choice you can come back. But dont do it again ill tell you that
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I’ve been a mod for around 2/3 months now. I’ve really learned a lot of things in my time. Ive done well over 0,5-1K F1's I’ve attempted to help people as much as i was able to. Even telling some admins about people who based with building sign. It wont be a big supprice if i don’t make it. But Ill keep that for another time. I’ve known ZARP Community a long time now and i like being in it. I like the players I like how they play and how the systems works. I just love playing zarp more than on ANY other server. ZARP is the second server I’ve applied as mod for and the first one i made it into. I am happy about making it to moderator and i need my own reasons for that. But i think even as an admin I’ve got even more chance to help people. I think even if i fail it don’t deny it instead but atleast give it a chance. Everyone deserves a chance.
