Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match is when someone goes around randomly killing people or even one person for no valid reason, for example if a Citizen was to buy a gun and then turn round and kill everyone at spawn that would count as Random Death Match and could lead them to being Banned, Kicked or warned.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule is when your character is killed within the game and he/ she has to forget everything which happened in her previous life. When your character has died you cannot go back to your death location for a certain amount of time, for example if your base was raiding and you got killed you cannot go back to your base for a couple of miniutes and your character has to forget everything its past life.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is where the a players character uses knowledge which the character does not know about. An exmaple of this would be if 2 people where basing and one of the characters where out side of the base wondering around the streets then someone beings to raid and killed the character within the base, the player which was killed might then ring his friend on skype to tell him the base is being raided so then he would come back to try and stop the raid. This would be considered metagaming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Firstly I would ask both players for there side of the story. If I feel player y did not have a vaild story I would then kick that player for RDM (this would change if player y had been causing trouble previously)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would ask player y why he/ she keeps going back to the location and if he/ she does not give a valid answer I would either warn or kick. I would also ask the player to look over the rules so they wont make the mistake again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would TP to player x and explain to him that he is not allowed to metagame and I would make look over the rules.

Why I should be chosen: I think that I should be chosen because I am always playing on the server which I think is very important because sometimes there is no Admins/ moderators on to help people with their problems. I have also just started college and have short days so come home early, this will allow me to be on a lot more often throughout the week. I feel if I become a moderator I will help both the server and players out a lot. I really enjoy playing on the server and I hope soon I will be able to donate. I know most of the rules within the server and I also used to host a server of my own which was called Legendary RP so I have some experience. If I do become moderator I would try my best to help both players and other staff members in anyway I can. Thank you for reading my application and I hope to be helping the server soon

As you see 4 of them are from the AoH members which I have had problems with in the past, I do not think it is fair. Also some of them are a miss understanding which you can check on the forums for example the kick by Zer0nix and Propblock given by Rayman.

Ohh yeh, I was not trolling (in my opinion) I was asking if I could be in the event and you was not answering me but thats over now. Also if you warned me how comes I cant see you in the list above?

Yeh I can understand where you are coming from but some of them warnings where even 1. A misunderstanding or 2. Completely unfair but I respect your point

Thanks for taking the time to create your Moderator application
I would just like to clear a few things up with you before tomorrows meeting,

1. If a Mod/Admin warned you unfairly/incorrectly that Warn would have been removed from the list, If you feel this isn't the case then you need to be contacting that particular staff member so that you can try and resolve the situation
2. An admin's word on a rule is final
   This quote is from the DarkRP Rules, as you can see it says about the Admins word being final, therefore if Gamerguy says you where trolling thats what you was doing, regardless if you beleive you wasn't being a troll. If you believe this not to be the case then you will need to speak to another member of staff who can assist you in resolving the matter.

Thank you very much for this I also did report Zer0nix as you can see on the forum and the situation was delt with but the warning/ kick couldnt be removed. I really hope to get moderator tomorrow so I can begin helping out the server Thanks for the clear up

WannaBeAdmin is a nice guy when i have been around him and when he is on teamspeak I have never seen him break rules but his punishments show that you do break some rules from time to time so for now im
