Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin-
Ever since i became moderator i have loved helping people in there problems within the server, I have learned lots about being a moderator and how it will help me as my time as admin. The main thing i have learned as a moderator is patience its key to being a member of staff.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around-
There was 3 mass rdmers and i was the only staff member online at the time so i tped all 3 of them onto a roof to stop them from killing people i had to freeze them after them trying to kill me then i coped down there steam ID's and took some screenshots of the logs as proof and then they left so i stayed on the server until a admin came online.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp-
Hello (name) and congratz on getting moderator,

First let me tell you about the basic commands you will need to know to do your duty's as moderator.

Warnings: To warn a rule breaker. The command for this is /warn (Steam ID) (Reason).
After receiving 3 warnings the user will be kicked and if a further 4th warning is given the user will be banned for 1 hour.

Kick: To kick a user that is prop spamming or has a prop block and will not remove it. The command for this is /kick (Steam ID) (Reason).

Unban from job: To unban a user from a job. To do this go into the TAB menu then click the users name then unban from job. Only do this is if the user was false demoted.

Freeze: To freeze a user that is running away from a f1 or is trying to RDM in a f1. The command for this is /freeze (Steam ID) (Time).

Slay: Use this to kill a person. The command for this is /slay (Steam ID) (Type).
Use this if there is a citizen/hobo with a big gun and will not put it away.

Teleport: Use this to teleport the user to where you are looking. The command for this is /tp (Steam ID).

Goto: Use this to goto the user. The command for this is /goto (Steam ID).

Bring: Use this to bring the user to you. The command for this is /bring (Steam ID).

Back: Use this to send the user back to the last location, you can also use the TAB menu to send them back to spawn. The command for this is /back (Steam ID).

All these commands are also available in the TAB menu, You can also use there IGN instead of there steam ID but its more acurite to use there steam ID.

The next thing that we need to cover is the F1 system.

The first tab you have in the f1 menu is admin request, Use this to see all the F1s there are in a F1 there is priority always do F1s with the highest priority and when it goes over 900 priority you discard it by right clicking on it. Next in the F1 it tells you what the F1 is about. Then you have at the end of the F1 who it is being handled by.

The second tab is a list of warnings that have been giving it shows you the person who got warned what the got warned for and who the got warned by.

The third tab is one of the most useful tabs it lets you see all the kills, arrests, hits, warrants and wants.

The final thing we need to cover is the Admin Keypad Checker.
this is used to see the time on a keypad it also lets you see what faiding doors its linked to. Use this to see if the base is breaking any rules or if its good to go.

one last thing the job "Mod On Duty" is an out of character job which means you can only do f1's with the job nothing else.

Explain how you would handle the following situation-
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well i would start off by saying thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal and after careful consideration i would like to inform you that i have shorted your ban to 3 weeks because of the incredible detail you have put into this appeal and the dedication you have showed to get unbanned.

Why I should be promoted-
I think i should be promoted because i am a very active member on ZARP i do F1s when ever i get spare time(which is a lot of the time). I love helping out people who are in need and getting ride of rule breakers. Being a admin would make doing F1s so much better as i would be able to do them faster with with the higher level of power i would have. Also not that many admins go on server 2 which makes the rule breakers that need banned higher and no one is there to do it so if i was admin well there would always be me on to sort them out.

Which puts my server 1 time up to around 5000min
and my server 2 time around 13000min.

You go on server 2 way too much. I dont know what the reason that is for, but no matter what, you gotta go on server 1 still, thats the main server.

But he is a very hardworking mod. Whenever he sees someone who needs help or when he sees an f1 he does it as soon as he sees it. He's kind, hardworking, does his fair share of being on duty and roleplaying, and I think if Cameron got admin it would make helping people easier.

To be honest everytime when I am on server 2 he is really active person, he is dooing F1s and responding to any sort of questions regarting server. In my opinion Cameron deserve promotion.

Cameron is active, trustworthy, does F1, is a perfect admin material.
