Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. From being a moderator I have learnt how to handle F1s and use all of the commands given to me, I have also learned to respect everyone whether they be rule breakers, new members, my equals/highers and old members. I have also dealt with a wide range of F1s which would help if I obtain the Admin rank.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around As a moderator I have had a wide range of different personalities of users some of which being defiant, abusive and overall a difficulty to work with. In one of my F1s a player who has been reported for RDMing ran off the edge of the building, At first I teleported him back as it may of been a suprise to him and he could of been running to somewhere but then he done it again. I then teleported him back and stated if he does it again he will be warned and frozen to which I will continue the F1. He done it again. I warned him, froze him and teleported him back. He then started being abusive and disrespectful. I gave suggested him to stop otherwise he shall be warned again but to no avail, After this second warning he was kicked from the server as he allready recieved a warning from a fellow member of the staff team.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? First of all I would congratulate the new moderator on his new rank. I would then talk him threw the commands. First of all there is the Teleport command. To teleport yourself do /tp in the chat or use the tab menu. To teleport other people type /tp and their name in chat, This will teleport them to where you're aiming. Finally you can teleport other players to another player, You can do this by using /tp (players name) (other players name).
The second command you need to know is the freeze command, This will prevent players from moving or using any of their items, It is a usefull command if players run away from you, rdming you or attacking in an F1 sit. The third command is warn, this is vital to do your job as a moderator, you use this to warn people who are rule breaking and after three warnings within a server restart they will be kicked and a fourth will result in an hour and a half ban, the warnings can be taken away using the unwarn command, use this if you have wrongly earned someone or put the wrong reason. The next command is slay, this command should only be used if a citizen, medic, priest or mutant has a large gun and you need to remove it from them. It will give you four options, Normal, silent, explode and rocket, these don't change them from being killed only the method that they are. Another command is unban from job, this will be used to unban people from jobs that they have been demoted from wrongly such as for "RDM" which should be an F1 report. The final command you will have is Kick, this will remove the player from the server and all entities he may own, Only use this if the player is crashing the server by propspamming, make sure to take a photo of it and send it to an admin to ban them.

The next thing you need to know is a tool called the "admin keypad checker" If used on a prop that is connected to a keypad it will show you were the keypad is. If used on the keypad it will show what props it will open and how long for, This is a usefull tool to check if a base is legal and has the correct amount of time put onto the opening of the door.

The next thing you need to know about is the F1 system, This shows all reports that players have made using the F1 system, It will prioritize the people with the longest F1 and give them a timer, Make sure to allways do the highest timed F1 to make sure they get their F1 dealt with. The next tab in the F1 system will show you the warnings players have received. The final tab shows logs, these logs will show players joining and leaving, players changing their rp name, players switching jobs, players placing hits, players completing hits, players warranting players, players wanting players, players arresting players, players killing players and finally players demoting players.

You will also be able to use the admin chat by typing @ in chat then your message next to it, use this to ask for help from fellow staff.

As a moderator you are expected to use your commands only to deal with rule breakers and not in your role playing experience, If you do you will most likely be demoted or given an intervention. Also take note that if you are inactive without informing a community manager you will be demoted for that.

Why I should be promoted.
I believe I should be promoted because I feel like my time as moderator has gone well and I don't make slip ups. It would greatly help me with dealing with F1s as and overall be a better staff member. My time on Zarp has shown me it's a fair server and that I should try to achieve making the server a better place and making rule breakers learn the rules and new members too. I believe the community believe I am fair and don't abuse my powers. I believe I am ready for the step up and feel as if I have proven my self worthy and if I have not I will strive to perform better to help the community.

There is nothing outstanding about you. However, I must agree to the fact that you are a good Moderator, you do your job and I personally would say 3-4 weeks is not enough time. Other than that one issue, I see no issues.
