Hey TheJoker, you didn't really define what NLR means you forgot 2 parts, NLR is soposed to be district wise and you aren't able to go back where you died.

I've seen you break a lot of rules and i you broke nlr today while i was raiding you. You might want to review the rules before doing anything on the server.

Scenarios are the plural form of the word scenario is a postulated sequence or development of events. To simplify that, it means that you have to give a story example, of how someone can break the stated rule.
I'll give you an example with another rule, FailRP: Tim was walking down the street, when he sees a cop and a thief raiding a base together. This is fail rp, since a cop and thief can't raid together.
