How I would deal with a disrespectful player?
If they start to Disrespect other player/staff or me then I would start off with a mute/gag depending on which tool of chat they are using and I would also give them a warn, I would then wait for the map to eventually change and it would automatically ungag/unmute them if they continued It would be a kick and then I would contact a Fellow staff member via the Forums or Friends list and let them decide how long the ban is depending on how much they have offended people.

But if theirs 2 people offending each other and people trying to "butt" in and help I would start of with trying to get both sides if they continue I would gag/mute and yet again contact a higher rank staff member to look into it for me.

And there is one more forum of Disrespect I do admit I do swear in the server which I will start to cut down straight away but there is one word I would never dare say cause alas I'm not racist, yes the N***** word if anyone says this to anyone at all they will get muted and gagged, Racism in my opinion is terrible and disgusting so they would also get a warn and a kick and if need be a ban. Depending on what happens after the ungag/unmute.

Why I should be chosen?
I've had past Experience as staff on other servers, Minecraft ones... Yes I did used to play it, any way I was Jr. Moderator on a private server just for friends and on a public server Head Administrator .

Off the topic of Moderator I'm a friendly guy who you can always talk to, I know the rules well and I tell others if they're breaking them, People know me well on the server either players or staff. And something about me is I alwyas give people a chance, I don't look at the past I look at the present. I will always come on with a smile and I will help you out if needed. I'm a very Calm and "Layed Back Person". Having experience on previous servers Minecraft I think I'm ready for Moderator in Zarp Gaming [DR]. If I don't get picked I do understand! I'm a fun player and I will be a serious staff member you can have a joke with me and have a laugh but I will start to warn if it gets too aggressive, But I feel like I will be a credit to the Zarp Gaming [DR] Staff team.


!gag {Player Name}, This command is used for Mic. Spammers or someone Disrespecting.

!mute {Player Name}, This command is used for someone either Spamming in chat or Disrespecting.

!slay {Player Name}, This command is used for someone Reactivating traps or Pre-activating traps.

!kick {Player Name}, This command is used for someone who has been warned multiple times or someone who has gone "AFK" for more than several rounds.

!warn {Player Name} {Reason}, This command is used for someone either breaking rules which follow: Exploiting, Hacking, Mic. Spam, Chat Spam, Disrespect, Reactivation, Pre-Activation and Much more.

If there's any Commands I left out if my Application, if it gets accepted I will gladly take training from Senior Staff Member: Admin, S-Admin or Head Admin.
