How would you deal with a disrespectful player:
Firstly I would warn him and politely ask him to stop and if he keeps continuing I will warn him again and tell him that it is his last warning and if he still decides to do it he will be kicked.
However if he comes again and continues disrespecting I will ask a admin to deal with him.

Why I should be chosen:
Well I Love the zarp servers and I constantly keep reading the chat and users keep asking how do I bhop for example, I would be delighted to help them with their every need and teach them step by step. I know how hard it is to be a mod or admin and you putting lots of effort in to make the users have fun on the servers, well I would like to do that to and I am always fair and always would hear both sides before making a decision. I can also be on servers when other members of staff are not as the Servers are not hosted where I live.
