Player doesn't use chat properly. Example: Fred has a store and fred says: /ooc Come to the cheapest gun store ever knowned. The metagaming here is the part from /ooc. Because U want to advertise ur store U use /advert!

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would bring him and freeze him. Then I would bring the person who said he was breaking nlr. If he tells the truth he can go and the person who was NLR'ing get's a warning. If he lies to me because he hates him/her. I would have warned the lier.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
Bring him and freeze him. Then I would bring the victim. I will ask to the rdm'er why he did this to the victim. And then give the Rdm'er a warning

I want to be a mod because I want to help people who need help. I see alot of people who need help in the morning. This is also the best DarkRp server on garry's mod. It's so nice developed, so U really want to help people to make this server even more famous than it is today!. Like the new NPC's (bob! klye etc) the menu and most off all: the gunshelf and ammo boxes. That's what makes this server so attractive for me! It's also very enjoiyable to play on Zarp and everyone is nice to eachother! There are cool events. Every detail here make me so enthusiastic! Also the jobs are nice and the ranks too! I played on other servers but no other

So...your 150 words question, all you did is say how good the server is instead of actually answering it,how is that exactly helping?

Anyways, dont write a capital U, its just a u or you should just write "you".
On the second hand, your application is really good despite those two, they're not that a big of a deal anyways.

Sorry but I need to comment on this.

To clearify a moderator job isn't only to take care of the server.

Your job is also to make sure everything works as it should. And that players have a feeling that they are being heard and being treated well.

Just by doing commands it doesn't make you a good moderator.

You need to take your time to first understand the situation and listen to both sides.
Then you can take action in which it is in your opinion the best choice.

Hey Ironchu, weirdly I have only seen you twice on the server (Very Recently) and apparently you have been on for 4-5 months? I don't honestly think you have been on that long. Anyway, it's a quite good app but I need to see you on the server a lot more and also I would like if you get a better mic.
