Good application but could be better. I'm only say neutral as I don't want to judge whether you get mod or not but ill just raise some points.

Maybe add some more detail where you think it is relative. If you add more detail and make a huge improvement on it I will +Support.

Obama is playing the server generally.
He is a friendly player.
He has knowlegde of the rules.

The application was fine, and you made some changes, so it turned out to be a good application.
