UPDATE
I have mainly spent my time in teamspeak and on the DarkRP server. My hours have gone up by 18 over the past couple of days, and I have also contributed many player reports:

I would kindly ask that you reconsider your verdict, and I can assure you that my play time will only incline from now on.

Have you ever been administrator/moderator on any other communities? Own servers excluded.
I was a dedicated moderator at the previous ZARP, where I was eventually promoted to Admin and just before its demise, suggested for Super Admin at a meeting. At this version of ZARP, some of my in-depth documentation may still exist in the Staff Forum today.
From there, I joined the CCGaming community. For my community effort, I was promoted to Super Admin as well as leading the JailBreak server.
With my experience, I believe I entail appropriate leadership qualities as well as the skills to work effectively in a team.
What is your current rank?
User.

Define NLR
NLR
(New Life Rule) is an RP specific rule where one must cease to remember the context of their death, as well as being restricted from returning to the vicinity of their death for a set period
(at ZARP, this is currently: 3 minutes)
An example violation of NLR:Joe kills Jack in Jack's base.
Jack ignores the 3 minute restriction, and returns to his base to stop the raid.
Define RDM
RDM
(Random DeathMatch) is where someone opens fire on another without a valid RP reason.
An example of RDM:Joe sees Jack on the street.
Joe doesn't like Jack's face, so he shoots him to death.
Define Metagaming
Metagaming is the distribution of in character information through out of character means (giving those involved an advantage over the victim(s))
An example of metagaming:Joe kills Jack at Jack's base.
Jack observes the NLR rule, but metagames by using OOC to alert his teammates to the intruder.

This section has a sense of ambiguity. I'm going to state it in the context of the example given, just to clarify the action. Both questions also have responses with two justified actions (I would sanction them based on my prior knowledge of their behavior.)
What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
ScenarioJoe kills Jack at Jack's base.
Jack blatantly disregards the NLR, and returns to the base to prevent the raid from progressing.
If I wasn't acknowledged of previous infringements of the RP rules, I would most likely issue a warning (given that the warning system still exists) as well as slaying the user to ensure that they are not intruding upon the victim's raid any further. If there was not a high demand for assistance, I would probably also spectate the player just to ensure that they did not disregard the actions taken.
If I was aware of previous negative experiences with the accused, I would probably go for either a kick or temporary ban on the accused, because they are evidently not learning from prior mistakes. I would have to take measures to ensure that the victim's raid would not be negatively ensued by the resulting punishment.
What would you do if a player RDMs?
ScenarioJoe sees Jack in the street at one of the NPCs.
Joe recalls Jack as someone who has raided his organization on many occasions - he shoots him in the face.
If I wasn't acknowledged of previous infringements of the RP rules, I would issue a warning to the player and potentially bring the victim to discuss if there was dispute. If there was not a high demand for assistance, I would probably also spectate the player just to ensure that they did not disregard the actions taken.
If I was aware of previous negative experiences with the accused, I would actuate a punishment depending on the scale of the RDM. If they have evidently just went on a random spree - they would have a much harsher verdict. If they had RDMed a single person, they would be treated as above, but with the potential for further discipline.

Do you have a microphone?
Yes.
Can you be online atleast three/four days a week for atleast a few hours those days?
I am a generally active Garry's Mod player. I am currently in summer vacation from my school which lasts until the beginning of September. My primary goal is to be able to moderate ZARP effectively and efficiently, and I would do so with insatiable activity.
Are you 14 or higher?
Yes. My date of birth is:
09/04/1999
If you don't follow the rules yourself you will get demoted and banned if needed you understand, you will dedicate to a training program and have answered each questions personally. Copied applications will be denied at once. Do you understand?
Yes.
Will you respect all players in both respect as disrespectful behaviour?
I am not a biased individual. I remain level headed at all times whilst mitigating against even the toughest of community members - ensuring that my priority would always remain that a fair and justified verdict is reached. Whilst dealing with a situation, I would by no means disrespect the player - regardless of if the patience and willingness to listen is mutual.
[hr:2w0541i5][/hr:2w0541i5]
What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers?
As well as being proactive and patient, I am an individual that has care for the playerbase and community exceeding the desire to play the game. I enjoy the satisfaction of helping others, regardless of if my help is appreciated or not. I am experienced in leadership, as proven at an earlier mentioning of my credentials earlier. I benefit by portraying myself as a mature individual in the public; displaying excellent grammar with consistency. I go beyond my expected duties: as I believe I have mentioned earlier, I had created in-depth strategies with the purpose and intention of creating an even better faculty - this proves that I am able to create useful and professional documentation when requested, which could be useful for rules, etc.
To clarify: It's not my intention to actually 'RP' too much. I'm out there to support the community with their issues and separate those who decide to ruin the experience for others. At the previous ZARP, I spent most of my life on the RP server, and most of my time on the RP server as an admin/mod on duty!
Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
As much as I haven't really linked into the community so far, I am quite an open person that would develop this bonding extremely quickly. I find enjoyment when engaging in community based entities such as the forums, as well as discussions in the OOC chat.
Some may recall me from the previous ZARP, as well as CCG. If so: they are likely to remember me as a substantially mature person and a good impression on the communities I volunteered for.
What do you expect from your mentor/training?
I would expect to learn how the current team respond to situations, helping to better my own strategies and keep them consistent with disciplinary actions issued by others. As well as this, I hope to become more aware of the differences between this rendition of ZARP and the previous one. I recall the previous status quo from the old ZARP - and I understand and are prepared for changes of any magnitude.

This section helps you to understand a little bit more about me.
Now, I'm going to provide some information about myself. Of course it doesn't pertain directly to gaming – but I believe getting to know me a little better will make you consider profoundly to providing your support.
Education
I will be entering the academic year 10 (UK) as of september, where I will study the following subjects:
- Geography
- French
- Engineering
- ICT
Experience with online communities
As far as communities go, I have vast experience in this area. I, as a friendly, level headed person, enjoy working with other people; including assisting them.
As well as piloting the community management of several ‘POST 2 HOST' services in the past, I have worked with PR, HR and community relationships at MineBook since March last year. Not to mention that I have provided over a year of dedication as a moderator at a MineCraft factions server.
Personality
I'm generally a friendly person, which I believe contributes to gaining respect in a community. I strongly disagree with those who don't stick to documentation
(such as rules) – so I'll always work to combat against that in a calm manner, whilst making the attempt to actuate people to correct their behavior.

I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read my application. Your support would be appreciated, but should you decide not to provide me with said support at this time - I would appreciate an adequate justification so that I can improve my standards in the future.
Thank you!
