Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. When a user has reached a number of warnings that is excessive and continues to break punishments.
2. When a user is willfully harming the server through the use of exploits or other unintended "features".
3. When a user is distributing personal information of another user or staff member.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 menu has a multitude of different functions each of which provide the staff member with vital information that makes staffing a lot easier in general. Each tab will be explained in detail below.
Admin Requests The Admin requests tab is where user-made reports are shown to staff members and they are able to start handling the request. This makes it easy to oversee who is handling what report and what a report is about before a staff member goes into it. It too provides users with a way of seeing who handles their requests.
Warnings The warnings tab shows staff members who have recently been warned and why they have been warning. Looking up someone's rap sheet may be a better solution to deal with reports, however, this menu is an easy method to quickly see the most recent warnings dished out on the server. Providing quick access to assist in catching repeat offenders.
Logging By far the most helpful tool to catch rulebreakers the logging menu displays a lot of helpful information the chief among which would be to show who killed who and when using what weapon and in what district. It too helps with catching people who are breaking NLR and a couple of other things. This menu is used a lot alongside the report screen as any RDM report starts out with a check here.
Last but not least, NLR This menu provides easy access to who has NLR and in what district. It, together with a sharp eye to see the orange text appear over the character as well as an eye kept on the logs serves as a way to ease catching those pesky NLRers.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would remain calm and tell the player to stop being verbally abusive unless they wish to risk being muted for their actions. And if they do not stop the abusive behaviour they will receive a mute.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
First of all, I would attempt to find out who the banning admin was and upon finding them undertake the following actions based on whether or not the banning entity is still staff.
If they are still staff...
Talk to them and see what they think about the ban. If the appeal is truly apologetic and enough time has run over the ban I'll converse with the banning admin and try to figure out if we can get to an agreement to unban the appealer
If they are not staff...
I'll observe the time the user spent banned compared to their actions, if I feel they have served sufficient time and the appeal is sufficiently apologetic I'll make the call as to whether or not to unban them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I feel like we need a few more staff members so i decided to get back up and pick up staff again. OnionRings wanted me to re-apply and so i did just that. my staffing experience has been well-known for the year i have served ZARP and i am confident in saying i am be as good as before. I am a good candidate for the adminge roll as i have the experience of being an admin before. have always been doing my best to keep the server fun/friendly. I will definitely host some more fun events as well. (miss doing that) We as the staff team will for sure help the community in making this fun/entertaining for everyone.
