As for smol the guy has been admin like what 5 times now? Has several years of experience, and as for meetings (when he actually turns up to them) if there is an application that actually needs discussed Smol will state his opinion on it regardless of other peoples opinions, and not just blindly agree with others if he actually feels a certain way. (you can guess who I'm taking shots at here)

As you've already stated he's helping out with events and god knows how many appeals and report abuses this guy has handled within the last few weeks, he's practically carrying the entire admin staff team at this point (not literally but you get the point)

As for his ts activity idk what you're even talking about here ngl, I've seen him on ts several times interacting with different groups even us cringe people at TTT so like??? maybe if you venture out the cm team spacer you'd actually see him on at times. And as for building bonds with the staff team there's no way this guy doesn't do that already?? The guy never shuts up so surely he's talking to his fellow staff, even the majority of them are in his discord

I'd like to think someone continuously applying for HA could give better feedback than that

People shouldn't have just forgiven you for duping as that is a big no no for all the servers.
Aswell you have missed 2 meetings over the course of you being admin now.
You should wait another month before applying as after getting back to admin and straight to super admin really isn't a good idea.
If I were to choose I'd pick Dutch over you as yes, I know you held admin many times but Dutch has been here for longer and been LT for longer aswell.
