Richard and Joshua getting promotions don't make you a good candidate, the only thing it changes is the fact that Richard isn't taking a Head Admin slot. (There's still 3 current Head Admins (which is a lot considering the players ATM))

This first part is filler (there's a lot in your application), it also doesn't really make sense (also a common theme in the application)... There are probably 50+ errors you can fix in the application, it looks very low effort.

Also in the second part, you said that there are only 2 head admins always being available... With 3 total what could you do as a fourth that they couldn't?

If this is the main thing you should be promoted for I don't think you should be accepted. Report abuses are barely handled by Head Admins, and you being accepted will not change how they are handled at all.

I don't think you're ready for the position, the only strong point you mentioned is that you host events. The rest is mostly random shit. Any Super Admin can do it, and that isn't everything they look for in a Head Admin applicant.

(also please re-read your entire application, it's filled with errors and just looks like you didn't try at all. (You can literally use anything, grammarly, google search, just try.)

It happens! I know you get more power as head admin and also hosted events yourself with the help of Joshua and Richard. I'm still Not sure if you should be promoted. Also you've been funding a bit of events which also help you in some part. As head admin you can host hitman events. Super Airdrop etc. And would be Nice for that to happen.
