Apart from this nonsense, it doesnt matter if you did 1 or 500 sits, especially if you're a "returning" staff member.
You have been staff multiple times now and done a great job, only in my opinion I need more time to gain 100% trust on you

I don't know what I'm regaining trust for but I have been attempting to by being more active on the majority of the point-shop servers, the forums, discord, and on TS.
