Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: MRDMing, Told to stop but didn't. Mass breaking rules and abusing powers given to lower staff (a.k.a. Moderators.)

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: When a player makes a report, It will pop up in the f1 menu here.

In the next menu is warnings, Whenever anybody got warned, muted, Their reason is showed there pictured below.

You can also see who warned them, And even unwarn them!

Then there are loggings, It's like the console menu but for staff! Showed below.

Then there is active NLR's, It will also pop up into the loggings section if somebody is breaking NLR!

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. I would tell them that I will mute them for (depending on the verbal abuse) [TIME] for reason: Disrespect to Staff Member while in a sit.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal. Depending on the amount of +SUPPORT's, I will review the application and if the person is suitable for an unban and his application is greatly written, I would decline and write,

Hey [PLAYER],

After talking to [STAFF], We came to a conclusion not to accept this appeal, I have to deny this unban appeal. [STAFF] Explained to me that you [REASON], [TOLD TO STOP]. Make sure to read the Rules when you return from your ban.

Also, keep in mind if you continue breaking rules, We May Not accept you..

And If I accepted the person I would write:
Hey [PLAYER],
After talking to [STAFF], We came to a conclusion to accept this appeal because [REASON], [STAFF] Explained to me that you had [DID THINGS]. Welcome back!

Also, keep in mind if you continue breaking the ZARP SSRP Rules you'll meet up with the required punishments.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted since being admin would make me more active in general (Remember I have school for next week till Wednesday) and it would help if no other Admin+ are on. Being Admin would be a great oppurtunity to be a better staff member, And overall I think I learned more than I had before. Being SSRP Staff on ZARP helped me pass the time and help with my loneliness. ZARP had taught me this: [ Be kind to the ones you helped, And the ones you will help, You are a person of your own and dream big. ] I feel like Mungers helped me through this and I think I should be promoted because I put heart and effort into my work that is being a staff member of the SSRP (Dark RP) Server. I know people wouldn't want me but it is worth a try!

Hey Kuba,

I see you're very dedicated to do your moderative duties, something that I like to see. You're very friendly and approachable.

But I don't think you are ready for Administrator, due to your inactivity these two weeks, I do get you have school etc, but you havent even hit your minimal required f1s in these two weeks.
I think you need to handle more reports if there are available reports, so you can build up more experience. ( There are not always f1 to handle, I get that, but also ask the others with 20 f1s already if you're able to handle)

Second of all, I've letted you know about something in your dm's you shouldn't do when you're off duty. Which luckily didn't happen again after I told you. (dm me if you don't know what I mean)
Also, I've given you a tip in your Moderator Training that if you're unsure about a serverrule, to make sure to read that part again, or ask an Administrator or above. (Oh and psst, you're not allowed as admin to ban Moderators if they're "abusing". Only LT Can!)

I think you need to get more experience before you can actually move on

Also I didn't join a gang when I started. I grinded and left it at that, Then applied for moderator.

I'm currently not comfortable with giving you my vote - You've made some mistakes recently but hopefully have learned from them. All you need is a bit of familiarization with some of the server rules and a few more weeks as a Moderator during which I'm sure you will acquire the knowledge and experience you need to become an Administrator.
