A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would ask the user to reported it to me and send me the proof on discord. If the proof the user gave me is sufficient, I would then warn him for ghosting.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would first tell the user to stop harassing and disrespecting the user. If he refuses to stop, I would then gag / mute him for 5 minutes and if he continues on after the gag / mute I would then give 10 minutes.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
So far from what I’ve played of the server has been pretty good and has been a server I’ve been wanting in this community in quite a while and I want to help the server with that. The reason I should chosen is because I am experience since I currently Hold the rank of TTT Head Admin. I also have experience with Ulx since I used it on both TTT and Prop hunt and it is the same methods as well. I know my activity isn’t the best but by the time of the next meeting It well be a lot better.
