How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Through my past 3 weeks I've gained back my experience from the past and learned more than before. I can handle users and staff members if there have been issues. I am always friendly towards users and staff but approachable too. I am always open for people to come with their problems with others or themselves.

Trust / Experience
I've gotten multiple times admin across the zarp servers and once SA on TTT. It shows that I have been trusted multiple occasions with rank. As I said I've been admin across most servers and been here for 4+ years and most time staff. In my time I have learned so much from 2016 till now and have grown in so many ways. My experience as SA on TTT wasn't the best but I want to regain the position and show I am capable and ready for it.
Activity
It is pretty decent but has been lacking the last week. Anyway my activity has been great and never been a issue to gain with school and IRL hobby's but I still for fill my duties. I am always contactable on steam (link is on top) or discord (-Lotto-#6024) for any occasion you need me. Just a talk, complaint, needed help etc just message me!
Forums and TeamSpeak
My forums activity isn't the best but trying to improve on it. Meanwhile I do reply on everyone with my personal thoughts.
I am daily on Teamspeak and always open for pokes if needed for something or someone if I ain't online or available just DM me on discord so I'll see it for sure.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
My time as an administrator hasn't been that crazy so didn't run into a situation where I needed assistance of a Super Admin or higher.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach the staff member about the ban and let him know that how and why this punishment is too long. Punishments shouldn't be long like that as the first time and we're here to help the users and enforce rules. I'll let him know about the ban should be lowered and contact the player to let him know about the ban has been lowered and action been committed.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
First I would ask the staff member to come on discord / ts what he prefers so the communication is better. I'll ask what the issue is and after being aware of the problem I would tell him what he should / could do in this situation and what he finds more comfortable to do. After it I will give him the staff ethos again so he can see how to handle other situations too.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask him for what he is accusing the other staff member for. After I'll ask He/She to give evidence so I could look to the proof from what he did, if the evidence is solid I am going to talk with him to stop with what he was doing and ask him/her if it is true or not and if he is going on I will give a warning. But if the staff member haven't proof or something then I would ask why he/she was accusing the reported staff member. But if the accused staff member goes on with it still I will have a talk with him alone and ask why he is still going on and the reason why and will ask the other staff members that they need to keep a eye on him for breaking that rule and others.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell the staff members to work as a Team and not to argue with each other. If they continue I'll ask them to continue in DM's or talk with me what the problem is and hope for a solution to come out.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell them "Could I speak to you it is important" and will talk to him about why he is harming users. I would tell him to stop but if he continues I'll have to step in after my warning he will be brought up in the LT meeting. If he ignores my messages and continue to break the rules than he will be emergency demoted till the meeting.
