A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:

Ask him to initialy do a /report so i can gather an understanding of the situation; then procede to ask to see the video evidence. If the eveidence is sufficient i will punish them or contact a higher staff member to do it.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:
Mute them, if they proceded to do so i would contact a higher staff member to kick or ban them.


Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Stop them from doing it if possible, and then contact a higher staff member to ban them.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would tell them to stop and if it was a prolonged situaiton or bullying i would mute them or kick/ get a higher up to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I belive that i can bring a lot to the minecraft staff team, i have years of game experience and understand the overall Zarp community very well, i would love to help keep the server to a high quality and progress up the staff team
The server is fun to play on and but if it gets an influx of players it may be hard for the current staff team to be on at all times and deal with specific situations hence i think i would be useful as a staff member.
I also understand all of the minecraft rules and keep up with them
