Why is that my verdict?
I've been playing with you quite the bit, you are always friendly and active you are ready to help out when someone has a problem and you are super dedicated making the server a better place for everyone and I think that is something we need in the staff team. Always in a good mood, you are a staff on TTT server so you know you way around the rules and how to manage rulebreakers which is good.
