Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

First example: Player A and player B agree to the following coinflip /Roll 666/ ft3/ Jugg vs Jugg, Player a wins, but Player B refuses to pay and leaves. Then player B will get banned for scamming.


Second example: A player got permanently banned for any reason, and decides to join with an alt. I would also check with a higher up staff to see if the person is actually the same guy, I would ask them to check their IP, or family sharing. If he now is I would also ban his alt for ban evading.

Third example: A user attempts to crash the server, making other users lag extremely much, making it unplayable basically. I would first attempt to freeze props to try and make the server less laggier. And I would also Ban the user.

Fourth example: a user has a lot of recent warnings and still is breaking a lot of rules, I would ban the user for a few days. However if he keeps breaking rules after he’s unbanned I would ban him for longer.


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

Admin Requests
Admin requests show you when a user submits a f1. If you right click on the user's name there are 4 options. You see their name, then you can handle the f1, discard as spam or abuse, and you can copy the f1. If you accept the f1 there will be 5 more options, such as, goto the user, bring the user, mark as finished, or if the user does not need help anymore for any reason you can abort handling this.

Warnings
Warnings show you recent warnings by staff members. There is not really that much use for it, but it’s nice to check out sometimes

Logging
Logging is by far the most important thing to know about. It shows everything that could help you in a f1 for example, raid timers, nlr, rdms, etc. You can see who killed who, which user arrested who. Also what name the user has changed to, job and deaths.

Active NLR
This shows what user has nlr in what district for example Marcus (Steam ID) (District) (Untill)




Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would first ask Player A to stop but if they do however continue I would verbally warn the user for disturbing a sit. If they still continue I would freeze the user and go to a roof so I can talk to the user that made the f1. Once the sit is finished I would tell the user to stop disturbing or he will get a warning next time.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think that I would be qualified to become an Administrator. I have been a moderator twice, 1st time 5 years ago. And now I am currently a moderator. I have quite good game activity these past 2 weeks around 100+ hours on zarp alone. I am active most times, even though I got work and school I try to play for a couple of hours and try to help people with their f1’s etc. I think I am ready to become an administrator. Becoming an administrator would make my staffing job much easier, to have some admin perks, such as the power to freeze people with a physgun, to delete props when there is a propblocker. I have witnessed this a lot of times but haven’t really been able to do much about it as there weren’t any admins on.
