How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
as an admin ive always tried to be on the server, communicate with users, be active throughout zarp and help users whenever i can

ACTIVITY
especially recently my activity has been great since i really enjoy playing with the community and helping users, i handle as much reports as i can, i play when there are little to no players on to try get the server started ive tried to help out with suggestions for the server and generally shown interest in future update. I am very active on TS,discord and the server so i can easily be reached if someone is confused about something. I always try to attend meetings and voice my opinion and the applicants and judge from their attitude in game whether or not they deserve a staff rank/promotion.
ATTITUDE
i like to have fun while keeping things under control i know how far is too far, i do joke around with users but i know to be mature when its needed i know my job as a staff member isnt to punish but rather to teach i only warn if its clear the reported player did something wrong or didnt give a serious reply to the report, i believe that people should be given a second chance for what couldve been an accident, i try to be as friendly as possible so users arent afraid to ask questions or admit they dont know what they are doing.
COMMUNICATION WITH USERS
a server is nothing without the users so i frequently chat with players and i am always the first to answer questions i like to joke around and if i think a frequent player is ready for it encourage them to go for staff, i try to avoid having a bad relationship with users since it can have a negative effect on our player base
DISCORD,TS AND FORUMS
i have staff ranks on all three mentioned above which are very important for LT since i am active and always ready to help, i always check forums and discord and im on ts whenever im on my pc, since you get discord and ts admin when you apply for LT its pretty clear that its important and as for the forums,while im not actually staff in the ttt section i still keep all posts helpful and constructive
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
i have not encountered a situation like this but an example would be if a blatant hacker joins i would request an anti cheat then go to spectator mode and record them to use as proof if the anti cheat doesnt work if a LT member joins and the anti cheat is clean they would vote on the evidence provided in the LT meeting
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
first i would check if they used the proper template if the didnt i would tell them to edit it in and if they do not do that within 24 hours the abuse report will be denied if they do have the correct template i would reply to the thread saying i would handle it to tell other LT its being dealt with. i would then read through the abuse report to fully understand the situation if i am confused about a part of the story i would contact the person who made the report for clarification. then i would speak to reported staff member for thier side of the story on teamspeak, if its particularly tricky i would ask other LT for their opinion.
if i accepted it i would reply with:

After reading through your report, reviewing the proof you have shown and speaking to the reported staff member i have decided the staff member is clearly in the wrong and will be brought up in the next lt meeting, they have been spoken to to make sure this doesn't happen again if this DOES happen again more severe actions will be taken thank you for taking time to make this report consider it

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
i would contact the staff member via TS,discord or steam to ask why he banned the user for that length of time, after hearing his side of the story i would tell him the recommended ban lengths for certain scenarios since although they are of course merely guides you shouldnt give excessive bans for things that previous LT have decided are not ban worthy. if the ban was extremely severe i would reduce it to the normal time

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
i would contact the staff member not to tell him off but to steer him in the right direction and tell him how i would've handled the situation, I would then take over the situation so they know what to do in future scenarios, after i have finished i would give them some tips so everyone is treated fairly and respectively

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
i would ask the staff members to provide evidence if he does I would invite them both to TS to discuss the situation if the evidence provided clearly shows the reported staff member breaking the rules i would warn him and explain why he was warned to avoid further confusion/rule breaking.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
i would first tell them to calm down and if they kept arguing i would message one of the staff members for their side of the story then i would message the other staff member and when they say their side of the story i would compare them then i would ask them to come to TS and supervise them as they sort things out if they still cant come to a conclusion i would discuss it at the next LT meeting

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
i would ask him to come to TS if he doesnt bring up the abuse i would do it myself,if he denies it i would show proof and ask why he lied i tell him that as a staff member he is the face of zarp gaming and shouldn't
abuse the powers granted to him
if it was serious abuse i would: emergency demote him since powers given to staff are to help the server and not for your own gain i would explain to him why he was demoted then alert the LT about it and bring it up in the next LT meeting
if it was less serious abuse i would: ask him why he did it and give him an official warning and tell him that if it happens again he will likely be demoted i would also bring it up in the LT meeting
