How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator
In my 6 month time as admin I feel I have gain enough experience in that period of time. In that period of time I have encounter many different situations, some have been easier then others and there has been others that I have made tough choices. I feel like I know how to handle reports a lot better now and I’m always willing to open chat with a lot more users now. I also feel that I have a strong relationship with fellow staff members and within the community as well.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Forums
I always try to be as active on the forums. I’m always looking out for appeals and apps or anything that is related to TTT and always try to give my option on the topic. With sever apps I always try to give fair constructive feedback to the applicant app and say what they can improve in the future. When I see a ban appeal or a punishment request I always make sure to be fair when doing them and always look at both sides of the story.
Teamspeak
I’m always on Teamspeak all the time. Always hanging out with my fellow staff members and always looking to have a good laugh on there. Ever since I’ve been staff I’ve attended most of meetings and in most of them I always make sure to voice my option and I always make sure to not be biased during the meeting as well.
Helpfulness
I am extremely helpful towards staff and users when needed. If a staff member is having problems with a report or isn’t sure about something I make sure to step in and help them out and tell come on TS and guide them through the report and tell them what they should do and what would be the right way of going around it. With users I would open chat with them if they are new and explain to them what rule they broke and explain to them how to prevent it from happing again.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I mean the most common situation and tough one for that is dealing with hackers. As a admin can’t punish them hacking but the way I would do things that I would record them of there gameplay and send it to the LT to bring him up for the LT meeting.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first look at the report and look through the evidence provide. After looking through the report and evidence I would then talk to both the staff member and player and try to get both sides of the story. After that I would then come to a conclusion off of the evidences and story of the report.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would check the ban first and see how long he ban for. After reviewing the ban I would get in contact with the staff member and tell that the ban he give him was way too long. I would then explain to the server ethos and give him the recombed ban lengths and give the ban player the proper time.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
would ask the staff member if he needs help with dealing with situation and ask what is the problem. I would then guide the staff member on how to deal with the situation in a professional manner so he knows on how to deal the with situations like in the future.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would try to get both sides of the story and ask each staff member if they have proof to prove that staff member 2 is breaking rules. If there isn’t any proof to prove that staff member 2 breaking rules no action will be taken, if there is strong enough proof to prove that staff member 2 breaking rules I would tell the staff member to stop breaking rules or I will bring up in the LT the meeting.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
would fist break up the fight and try to calm them down. I would tell them to come on Teamspeak and try to get a understanding of what going between and cause it. After finding out what happed I would then try to get the two staff members to apologise to each other and remind the staff member who started the argument to how the staff team should work and how be a bit respectful as well.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first tell the staff member stop what he doing and get on TS. I would then tell him what he doing is wrong and action might be needed if he keeps it up. If he keeps breaking the rules I would emergency demoted him and bring it up in the LT meeting.
