How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Since my last application a month ago I took in the feedback I received and put that into use, become more active in the TeamSpeak,zarp discord, and on the forums. I have continued on the server to build a good relationship with the users and helped my fellow staff members with any issues that they have had.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity- Obviously this isn’t too important, but I have kept this up to a high standard, beyond what is expected. However now as mentioned above I have increased activity on the forums, the zarp discord, and Teamspeak.
Support- I am always happy to help my fellow staff members with any issues they may have with reports, any rules they are unsure of. Whenever a new user joins the server and asks a question I always help them out with their problem, no matter if it’s about a rule or how to change settings.
Consistent- I have shown great dedication to the server and my staffing duties, whenever there is a ping for staff, if I’m available I always come on to help the server, this is expected from every staff but I feel as though with I go beyond the expectations. For example, I keep a high report count, which has been hard these past few weeks as reports have been much lower. I always keep fairness in the community and don’t treat anyone differently because of rank/ if they are a friend.
Also since my last application, I got to handle more appeals and get a better understanding of how to deal with them and did this well (the ones I did by myself *cough*)
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I haven’t experienced a situation like this per se, but there has been an instance when I was mod when a hacker came on the server and I had to request an LT member come onto the server in order for them to use the AntiCheat on the supposed hacker. However, if the case here was that the LT member didn’t come on I would have recorded the supposed hacking, then left the video evidence in the ‘Hacker reports’ section in the staff discord.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would start off by leaving a comment saying ‘handling’ to let fellow staff know that I am dealing with the report, I would then read through the report and see if the user has submitted any evidence of the report. I would talk with both the user and the staff member to try and get the best understanding of the situation to deal with it correctly.
In the case of the user submitting sufficient evidence of the staff abusing I would leave this comment
After Reviewing your evidence and hearing about the story from your side and the staff members’ side I have decided to accept this report abuse, and have spoken with the staff member to ensure that something like this does not occur again. Thank you

After reading your abuse appeal, and speaking with the staff member about the case. I have decided to deny this appeal based on the lack of evidence. Thank you.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would start by checking the banned players’ F6 and I would look at his punishments and see if they deserved this ban. If not I would confront the staff member and let them know that although we have guidelines for ban lengths, that they are just a suggestion, I would tell the staff member to take into account that if the user has shown that they are trying to change and the reports were just accidents, to not ban them for as long, and to take into account how long ago their previous bans were. Hopefully, this would help the staff member in the future when deciding on ban lengths

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I start off by dealing with the user and help them with regards to what they need, after this I would then speak with the staff member and let them know how to deal with the situation accordingly.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member what rules the other staff member is breaking, and see if they have any evidence of the said staff member breaking the rules. If it is confirmed that they are breaking a rule, I would issue a verbal warning to the staff member and let them know that what they did is not allowed and if they continue they could risk a demotion. If there is no evidence I would still have a word with the said staff member and let them know that of the potential rule break and make sure that they know that it is wrong.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Firstly I would make sure that the two staff members stop their bickering, after this, I would pull them aside 1 by 1 and get their side of the story and see what happened, I would then bring them together and make them both apologise to each other and then deal with the situation accordingly and make them put this aside as its not a good look for staff, and is easily resolved.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First I would make sure that the staff member stops doing what it is that he is doing, then I would pull him aside and have a chat via discord/ts and make sure that they know what they are doing is wrong and make sure that they do not again. I would make a note of it to fellow staff and keep an eye on them to make sure that they do not continue, if they were to continue then I would bring it up in the LT meeting.
