Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:If a user had obtained 6 or more recent punishments, an admin may ban them for a reasonable amount of time, or if a user had obtained 4 recent punishments after coming off a ban, they are able to be banned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would check on the ban and situation with the banning admin, getting a look at how serious the issue was, if it was minor I would then respond with :


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Its a known fact ive spent a lot of time in the ZARP Community, mostly TTT, its where I started and its the same server I play to this day, I try my best to get along with the majority of players and I've proven myself to be a helpful individual within the community. I have lots of experience under my belt, obtaining the admin rank twice in the past, and have shown my ability and compatibility to properly staff and handle situations. During my time as staff in the past I had never been given an official or demotion, further proving my staffing skills, I wish to carry on with this path and pick up from where I left, I had originally left because of PC problems and had returned soon after fixing it, enjoying my time with the new players and staff.
