You literally don't need a mic to become a staff member. Up until a few days ago, I had never used my mic to chat to people, and even then it wasn't for anything staff related. That shouldn't at all be a factor to decide whether someone should be accepted or denied.

Unnecessary drama aside: You have decent activity but I have never interacted with you, so I can't really make a full judgment.

As someone who climbed my way all the way up to SSRP Lead Team without ever speaking a word (against all odds and all resistance) I strongly believe that it was never, and still is not necessary for any staff member to have and or use their microphone.

I feel that whether or not you use it should be all up to the person in question and that even if it was necessary that it should only be so for the highest ranking of members, that being and lead and community team positions. I won't go too too much into it as he clearly stated that he wanted to fix his audio in a post in the past.

Now that I said what I wanted to say... I feel it is only fair I give feedback to the application as well, be warned, I have not played anywhere near enough TTT to see your attitude in game so I'll have to go based of of what you have written, your activity and feedback from other people on this topic.

Your activity seems pretty great! Based on your words and game tracker you have recently reappeared, however, I do not see that as a problem as you caught plenty of activity since your return. Your application looks nice and it seems to get the details right, though I feel that some answers could have a bit more of a detailed explaniation its more than fine for a moderator application.

You stated that you are in the US, which means that you have a broader scope of time which extends beyond the normal time a European member would usually stay on (provided they are not pulling an all nighter or have an inverse sleep schedule) having staff from differing countries with differing timezone is great! it makes sure that staff teams are capable of being present on the server without straining themselves over a broader time frame. (Though I must admit I don't know where most TTT staff is actually from).

You seem to have plenty of positive feedback and in addition, being an ex-staff member you have plenty of experience and knowledge which is crucial in doing your job well - however I don't know how good of a staff member you were before you left. And with that... that's about it. I feel that I can see more positives and really not many negatives, had it been up to me I'd have voted yes on the application.

Has interacted with me and other staff on ts and does type so I dont see this whole "doesnt use a mic" thing as a big deal.

Activity is decent so as long as you dont get any more recent punishments come sunday I dont see a reason why you should be denied
