I'm pointing out inaccuracies in Harry's statements as most people haven't been around long enough or don't have access to the OneNote to discern whether he's telling the truth or not, I'm not here to argue what meaning these past demotions should have right now (the staff team can manage to figure that out for themselves), though it seems that it's either been taken that way or he's just trying to make his past look better then it actually is for whatever the reason. Although he called me and latram bad, on csgo i do support him. I've not held it against him nor was I trying to or at the very least that's not my intent, but as I said that's the way you've decided to take it. But sure if I have to go on the record I do believe that in cases such as this one if someone shows a pattern of continuously coming back and receiving officials and demotions each time that it should at the very least be considered during the voting, especially since he's had plenty of in-game bans and is close to being permanently banned on the server even though he is well aware he's not supposed to be doing these things. I'd love to see him do good, but he's just had a tendency not to the past many chances he's had getting back into the staff team, and I therefor believe some caution should be taken before deciding to accept him.

Yes it should be considered obviously but again this was in the past atleast so far he's proven his improvement through the lack of warns so allow him the chance regardless of whatever agenda you have against him.

Yes I'm sure you'd love for him to do good with the previous comments and without giving him the oppoutunity to do good, you had the chance to deal with this when it was actually happening not to bring it all up 1 year later when it's clear he trying to improve and his attitude and lack of recent warns reflect this not his past attitude, but please continue bringing up more of his history and please write one of those long ass paragraphs with synonyms because they're are always SO funny

Not here to throw Harry down because I don't even dislike Harry I like him a lot. Put it simple though we have on multiple occasions thrown away his past when he applies for staff. 4 times at this point and every time he comes back and makes it worse for himself. All due respect there needs to be a point where people just say no. If you think this is his first time trying to come back and asking for a second chance you are so wrong... Throwing aside history once or twice is fine but it's extensive at this point. I don't blame anyone for finding his history as staff disturbing and a lot of it is unknown until someone mentions it in discussion before the meeting or what have you. I also don't understand why this is so one sided like the amount of people that can't see another side the this story is beyond me. Harry has been good as staff but also bad I am no different it just takes time at this point as it's been many many many chances. It's not hard to show improvement being consistent after coming back is completely different and giving him another chance after showing improvement AGAIN. I don't know how I feel about it. Secondly if an EX-SA got enough bans in a row to get a 35 day ban (In fairness it was lowered) and that ban is not even super old either is just simply not a good look. Despite what a lot of people are saying no one is holding personal grudges just stating facts from their knowledge or experiences with Harry.

Also Lewis if you think Harry should be given a fourth chance, TheFierceOwl should for sure be staff again as he had made many attempts to improve only to be shit on and denied every week by literally everyone with good reason. As accepted Owl would just be ridiculous to anyone who knows about him. Harry is making changes so he will need to keep showing improvement.

Harry in my opinion I know you can do well and just like last time at this point like I said it might take a few weeks. I've seen you staff before you keep your head up and you will likely get it back soon enough. I've fought for you before and I will likely fight for you again.

The main issue I have isn't your past demotions, they were a long time ago and people change. The problem is, you haven't. You have had numerous bans and more punishments than I can count in the past couple of months. Whenever you were on the server, even if you weren't directly rulebreaking, you would try and get others to loophole and break rules, just generally causing issues and being annoying. I know you were just having fun, but you tend to take it too far. Even with the recent warning you had appealed, you were trying to be racist and testing what you could get away with. Also please turn down your microphone, its way too loud sometimes.

Yes you have definitely improved in the past two weeks, but it's only been two weeks, for me, I need to see this on a more consistent basis before I'd be happy with you getting staff again. Probably at least another two weeks before you'd have my vote.
