I know what you mean by it, but it is worded quite poorly. What you mean under unacceptable KOS reasons is if someone did one of these things, you are not allowed to KOS them for it. But others will just read it as you think killing someone who is kosed is not allowed, so you should probably reword it.

Personally, I don't think there is any difference between applying ten minutes after the meeting or ten minutes before it. It really doesn't matter, what matters is how you have been before the meeting, so I don't get why people have an issue with you applying. If you feel like you are ready, or will be ready by the meeting then go ahead.

With that being said, I still think you should wait at least another week or two before applying. As I said on your appeal, I have seen your attitude improve, but we want to see this over a longer period of time before trusting you with staff again. Also I think you should read over the rules again as there have been a few issues with you, so I would want these resolved before you get staff again.

TLDR - Wait a little longer, regain trust, show a good attitude and knowledge of rules. Maybe reword app
