not really though my denial reason was not enough experience but after a week I will have settled in more.

I don't think there is anything wrong with reapplying straight away , people have done it before and no one has said anything about it.
As far as experience goes i haven't seen you do anything wrong or handle any situations badly but i haven't been on the server much either so i'll have to see why other people are saying u need more experience.
