Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Situation 1: A player has been warned for rdm 5 minutes ago and has been warned once again. once you leave the sit he carries on. I would ban them since I gave them enough chances.
Third situation: A player is prop abusing in some shape or form and has been warned about it.
Situation 3: A player is crashing the server with an expoilt.


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

The f1 menu as I recall is very simple, Once a report has come in right-click the report once you have read the message it has, click handle report, once you have done that teleport to the reporter and say hello I am here for you f1 how can I help. let them speak and if need be ask them if it's okay for you to take them to a roof for the sit. using the goto, bring functions where needed. Once you are done with a sit mark it as complete and carry on your day in RP. You can also use the f1 menu to collect the server logs but you should not rely on this as proof within all sits. Its there to help you work out what has happened. Always get proof. If there is anything like spam reports just discard them with that function.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would stop my sit for a second and ask them to stop if they didn't stop I would then carry out actions where needed if need be. these actions range from a mute to a kick if really needed.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

I would check there warn/ban history and take all comments in mind as well since the community should have a say in who is welcomed back and who isn't. I would also speak with the staff who have warned him to see what he is like within sits and judge the appeal from that. If everything is well I would unban the member in-game and accept the appeal, but if not I would either change the perm ban from perm to maybe a few weeks depending on the situation.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I am not getting promoted from mod so I don't know if I am meant to fill this bit out but I am going to explain why I should be admin again. When I was staff here I worked my way up the ranks to Super admin, I took the role very seriously but also had some fun here and there, I was a lot younger then and I understand that I took some things to far and I am sorry for that action but I am back once again to regain my role as Super admin or maybe even head admin this time. It all depends on if I am welcomed back fully. Thanks for giving me this chance Chute and xNator!
