Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I believe that when I was a moderator I learned how to deal with situations a lot better.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had a situation where a user was spamming racist slurs he was already muted and gagged, where I could not ban him I got Luan on and he banned him.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: I would give them a simple explanation of all permissions and how to use them through the tab menu and with steamID
Warn: You can warn a user for offenses that do not require muting or gagging.
Mute voice: You can use this permission to mute a player's voice when they are breaking the rules. such as mic spamming or racism.
mute chat: You can use this permission to mute a player's chat when they are breaking the rules. such as spamming or racism.
Kick: You can kick a player for repeated offenses, or when you have already muted/gagged the player
Strip: You can use this to strip a person's weapons from him when they are doing things such as shooting endlessly in spawn
Family share check: you can use this permission to see if a person is using a family shared account and if the user's main account is banned.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would check when the person was banned to determine the amount of time that the user has waiting out, I would also check if the player has playtime on another server and check the story to see if its true this is to determine the right course of action such as unbanning the user, lowering the ban or unbanning.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe I should get admin because I love staffing and I believe I handle situations well, over the past few days there have been people rule-breaking and if I was staff I would have been able to do something more instead of reporting it to an admin on discord. I think I'd be a very active and good staff member.
Extra Information: (Not Required)
I got permission from Knuthulhu too apply straight to admin.
And I got permission from great guy chute to apply straight to admin
It's also my Bday tomorrow so it would mean the WORLD to me to get accepted.
also fixing the looks of the appeal give me some time!
