[Q] Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

[A] A scenario of when I would use the ban command was if someone had 6 or 7 recent warns. Now the punishment for this would fit depending on variables like have they been banned before and how serious the warns were. However, if they clock up to 3 or 4 recents in one day this could also contribute to a ban as they have broken the rules in a smaller space of time.

[Q] Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player “X” appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that staff member “X” banned them permanently for exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

[A] Before I did anything, I would mention in either Discord or the Forum report page that I would be “handling the report”. This stops any confusion on who would be dealing with it. I would then speak to the staff member that banned them and ask what happened that lead up to this moment to get some background information on this ban. Depending on what I am told, I would judge the ban appeal on the severity of the exploit and if they have had any previous history of doing this. Once all the steps are done, I would then continue onto the forums with

Hello Player X, I have spoken with the staff member who punished you and have looked into this ban. As this is your first ban and you have apologised for it exploiting, I have decided to remove the ban. However, bare in mind that exploiting is a serious offense in the server and breaking this rule again will result in another ban. Consider this a warning to not to it again. Thank you for your time and enjoy your time on the ZARP TTT server.

[A] I am very active on the server and am friendly to everyone. I like to help when I can and take care when dealing with reports. If I am not sure about something I always ask and when I make a mistake, I own up to it and correct it as soon as possible. I Would like to be Administrator on this server because I believe I could contribute to the community more and help out by being on the server at later times as well.
