Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Firstly, if a player has a lot of recent punishments, for example 5 or 6 roughly, I would ban the player for a reasonable amount of time that links back to their recent punishments.
Secondly, if a player is being extremely toxic to me or another player, for example, saying extremely racial words or continuously harassing players.
Thirdly, if a player is attacking the well being of another, such as threatening them with getting dossed, doxxed or harassed.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The admin requests tab shows you all the F1's made by the players on the server, if you right click a report it'll bring a small menu and you can click handle F1 to begin handling. This can be used to deal with situations where a player reports another player for a rule break.
The warnings tab is simple, it brings up a list of the players who have recieved a warning.
This can help you in situations where you need to see a players active warnings before deciding if a certain punishment is needed.
The logging tab shows you the logs on the server and can consist of job changes, kills and arrests etc.
This can be used in situations to verify a players report on another player. For example, Player Y killed Player X so I look through the logs and see that I have the correct people in the sit.
The active nlr tab shows you the players who have a nlr in a district.
To warn a player you can type in the chat /warn <steamid> <reason>.
This is used in situations where you're warning players.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
1) I would tell the player clearly in either voice or text chat to stop being a big meanie to me.
2) If they carry on I would then mute the player and warn them for being the big mean.
That is pretty much how I'd handle it I guess, the punishment would be harsher depending on what was said.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
1) I would thoroughly read through the appeal to see if a lot of detail was put into it.
2) I would take a look through the player that was banned rapsheet to see if there are any similar situations regarding prop punishments.
3) I would talk with the admin that banned the player to get their views on what the outcome should be.
4) I would make my decision and respond to the post with the deciding outcome.
Accepted:
After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to remove your ban entirely because of how apologetic you are, we expect you to no longer prop spam on our servers as it will result in you getting permanently banned once more. Take some time to read through our server rules before playing.

Denied
After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to deny this appeal. You have been banned for prop spamming on despite the warnings you were given in advance. I suggest you wait out your ban a little bit longer. In the mean time you can refresh your mind on the rules of our server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):I feel that I have fully understood what it is like moderating on SSRP, I fully understand when I should and shouldn't use the commands. When ever I am on the server and I see someone struggling with building, what weapons are good and how to play the game mode in general, I usually give them tips on how they can make money, how to build and more so that they can have a more enjoyable time on the server. I usually interact with everyone on the server in a friendly way.I believe that becoming an admin can help me manage players more easily and help other moderators who may need help with a player who needs to be banned and also handle ban appeal's and warn requests etc.
