Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. A ban should be given when the user in question has recent warnings/bans or has had similar warnings/bans in the past.
2. A ban should be issued when the user purposely attempts to crash the server
3. A bannable offence would be excessive discrespect and/ or discrimination in OOC/ IC chat towards players/ ethnical group.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 menu is a staff members best friend. When a user nneds help or has seen someone breaking rules that's the first place they go to. The tool makes the job of the staff members easier! Here are the main purposes and uses of the F1 menu.

1. Admin requests are sent to the F1 menu from the players and every staff member that is online can see them and respond to them. A report can be handled by right clicking on, from there you can also copy the information of the player that made the request (SteamID, Steam Name). The tab on the said report allows you to: teleport to the player that made the report, bring them to you and vice versa. If the report is a spam the report can be easily discarded.
2. The Logs are the most important tab, In the logs you can see the deaths, kills, hits, arrest, jobs, warrants and etc. One can search for specific logs on the top right by typing the players name, I can also go in to a bit more detail and look for a specific gun used.
3. In the warning tab one can see the most recent warning given out which can help determining a punishment for a player.
4. The NLR times of players can be checked from the NLR section. It shows the players with NLR, how long they have left until its over and the district that they have NLR in.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:

You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
First I would verbally tell Player A to stop being disrespectful. If the user continues to be abusive in the chat, depending on the things that the player is saying the punishments can vary from a gag/mute to a warning.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:

Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

First I would go carefully through the appeal. After reading it I would go through Player As rapsheet and check if the user has any punishments for a similar reason. Then contact the admin that permanently banned Player A and discuss possible outcomes/conditions under which the user can be unbanned and if they should be unbanned at all. After getting to an agreement with the fellow Admin, e.g. unban under the condition that if the user does something like that again their chances of unban will be pretty thin. I would go ahead and comment on the thread saying:

Hello,Player A, I can see that you are banned for a while now and that you don't have many similar warnings/bans.I also noticed that you have put effort in your appeal and that you are truly sorry for your actions . Although you put effort in your appeal you should also keep in mind that prop spam is a very punishable offence and that this isn't your first time receiving a warn/ban for it. Me and Staff Member#1 have decided to unban you, however if you keep doing similar stuff your ban will be permanent again, but this time the chances of it getting accepted will be lower and you will have to wait longer to get unbanned. Accepted, have fun!

I used to be an admin in the past which was great. I decided to resign, because I lost interest in Garry's Mod in generall and I wasn't doing report for the same reason, which got me one staff warning. Throughout my journey of administrating the SSRP servers I prooved alot of people wrong, showing that I can be serious and do what I have to do properly. I am active on the server and I really enjoy helping people, even if it's only in the OOC chat. I think I did a great job being an admin in the past and I am confident now that I will be even better.
