How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been Admin for about 2 months now and I know I have gathered the large amount of activity to know what to do in different types of situations. I know that I am extremely active on Teamspeak and have great interaction with both the Admins and the Lead Team. I am also active on the forums, making sure I am giving out the appropriate feedback to any users/staff members apply for a promotion. I believe in the time I that I have been as a staff member again, I have gathered the trust of most people, both Staff members and In-game users as I am known to be a good guy to be around.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity:
My activity currently on the server is at a great amount and I don't see this changing due to the amount of new content that is being brought to the server thanks to the CM's and everybodys favorite Jim Jam so I personally think it is making my activity stay at a clean rate, my activity on both the forums and teamspeak has been very good ever since I came back to staffing.
Attitude:
I know when to be a serious person in situations without taking it out of hand as I follow the staff ethos properly. My attitude to the server and other staff members + user is at a good rate from what I have seen from other staffs opinions
Trust:
I like to be known as a trusted person on Zarp as I tend to not break rules. I always tend to trust other staff members a lot no matter who they are or what rank they are. If somebody ever needed help with anything then I will always step in and help them with whatever they need. I am also Admin on Prop Hunt and Surf plus I have been previously TTT and Murder SA showing I am trusted.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Over my time as a TTT staff member, I haven't really had that many difficult situations, I have usually managed to pass every difficult obstacle that I have faced. This has also been the same for Prop Hunt and Surf but I feel like they haven't been as difficult as the things that I have come across on TTT. One situation I have come across in my time returning is when I was called by a moderator about users constantly harassing the mod. When I came on these users had absolutely no intent to play on the server so I had to deal with them all with the moderator who had already started dealing with them. In the end though I banned them for a short time as they consistently harassed and had no intent to play

I will talk to the staff member about the situation and make sure they do not do it again. If you catch this staff member breaking rules or abusing his/her powers again then please report it on the forums with proof. Thank you for reporting!

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
In this example, the staff member bans the user for 1 week with the reason Mass RDM + LTAP
So, the staff member bans the player for 1 week when the player Mass RDM + LTAPed. I would ask the staff member about what happened in the situation in which . I explain to them that a 1 week ban isn't fair to that user compared to the others and that it should be between 1-3 days. Then I or the staff member would reduce the ban to what it should be via Steam ID. If the staff member then again proceeds to excessively ban someone after I have told them, further action will be taken.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask them what the problem is and help him/her out with the said problem. For example, if a player is constantly harassing and he takes the situation to a point where it doesn't need to be, I would tell the staff member to stay calm about it and that they can use commands to order them to stop and if they don't, gags/mutes and even bans can be used if needed. As long as they don't take the situation out of control then I wont have to take further action to the staff member.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would get views from both staff members. I would first ask the staff member that is creating the accusation for any evidence of the rule broken by the accused staff member. Also, I would ask the staff member that has been accused if he admits to the rule breaking the the staff member has. The outcome would most likely be that it would be a verbal to the staff member however either further or no action will be taken of needed.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If I saw this happen I would immediately tell both of the staff members to stop with what they are arguing about in chat so it doesn't interrupt the enjoyment of other staff members/users. Next I would inform them both instantly that what they are doing is not acceptable to cause in the server and I would make sure to inform them both privately about what they are doing with the situation. Whatever the situation is may have to be taken up in the LT meeting.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell them to stop in the admin chat and private message them instantly. I would tell them that what they are doing is not following the staff ethos that they should have been given and should have read when getting trained. The first thing I would do is make sure that they have a good knowledge on the staff ethos to be sure it doesn't happen again. If needed I will bring the staff member up in the meeting depending on what the staff member did to the user
