I would give it some more time if I were you, there really isn't to much action so to say on the servers right now so I don't think any more lead team would be needed at this time, however if you feel you are really doing your job efficiently and feel like you are lead team quality that's all you but as stated before I would give it some more time.

TL;DR
For now I am neutral as I dont feel more lead time are needed at this time.

Something I always like to point out is, what possible harm can come from being more LT? Surely it can only bring improvements
