I believe there are many reasons for me to be promoted to Head Admin. Below is a list of qualities I have that I believe are important for any HA. These are:

Over the past 6 months (when i got accepted for TTT Administrator) I have shown my dedication across a few of Zarp's servers.

I am trusted with powers and currently hold the following rank:: TTT Super Admin - TeamSpeak Staff - Forums Moderator. I have gained a lot of trust over the past 6 months (when I got accepted for TTT Administrator again) I believe I am trusted enough to have the TTT HA role and do well with it.

I am active on TTT and anything related to staffing on the server. I log on everyday into the Forums and join TTT & Teamspeak on a daily basis. I have been in this community for a while and have always been actively interacting with the community itself.

I have always been working as a team to sort reports and rulebreaks, especially on TTT where there are rulebreakers on every round. We (The TTT Team) work really hard non-stop handling reports in-game every round to keep the server an enjoyable place for everyone. I myself try to help users and staff members with questions as much as i can whether it's clarifying rules or sorting reports out.

I have great knowledge of all the TTT rules and can clarify rules to other staff members or users if they have trouble with how a rule is stated.

I always try my best to treat users and staff members equally, as well as make sure everyone else is treated equally from the Staff Team!

I do my best to interact with the server whenever I am online. I believe it is important for any staff member to do the same. Whilst online, I listen to both users and staff members online and be friendly and approachable towards them. I listen to any concerns they have and act on them if possible to make the server as enjoyable as possible. In addition to this, I have been suggesting new ideas and helping Xnator & Clarky with the update that is coming to TTT soon. I have been asking users on the server what they would like to see and I have compiled everything they suggested onto a document that will be shared with the "Owners" soon. I genuinely care about the server I would like to see it reach the #1 spot once again. I believe my promotion to Head Admin will be a good step towards improving the server's ranking.

I would like to become a Head Admin on TTT because I believe my hard dedication, activity, trust, fairness and great knowledge of the rules will allow me to do a great job and help the server out as much as possible. I can ensure you that i will try my best to keep the staff team under control by interacting with them and solving any conflicts or problems between them, similarly to what I do now as HA. I believe that the overall time I have spent in this community makes me the perfect candidate for this position. I have learn a lot about the policies and what is expected of me as a staff member.
