Your application lacks detail, I'd recommend or fixing it or making a new one next week.

Your time is not very stable and with that it isn't enough to get accepted.

I've also noticed your attitude, getting feedback is inevitable, so therefore getting negative feedback is also going to be a thing. Man up and accept it and improve on the points people tell you.

I'd recommend reapplying next week!

From past experiences, you're immature and aggressive when you get caught in the wrong. Also your activity is pretty abysmal. You have barely activity in the last month, and when you are on it's not a pleasant experience.
Your application is poorly written and rushed. Ill excuse the poor grammar because English may not be your first language and i know how hard it is to write a coherent sentence in another language.

All in all you need a lot of work. Put the time in (atleast an hour ish a day for a minimum of 2weeks). Be friendly on the server (havent been on in a few days so you may have been better). AND please, spend more than 10minutes on your application.

edit: oh yeah and you've shown again how immature and NOT ready for mod by being childish and rude to peoples responses to your application.
