Imagine me copy and pasting what Blocked said, as that is what your response makes me want to say Richard. Its nearly 12 in the morning and im not going to dig in my past posts but I can guarantee you that I made mistakes when i applied and still got SA rather soon compared to when I was talked to about my mistake. This is a gaming community, not the political battlefield of Somalia. Sorle has a large mass of experience, and this simple mistake, this really minuscule mistake should not prevent him from getting this rank. For anything i feel YOU are immature for finding that to be, "inappropriate and unprofessional". I pity you for holding this rank above Sorle head for a mistake so small, I feel sad for you. Welcome to the internet, not the Parliament, not Congress, not the Estates Generals of early France, not the Reichstag, not the Senate, or the House of Representatives. We have fun here, especially in the LT. Another point to suggest is that opinions are opinions and that you may keep your own, but some can be universally outright foolish when it comes to setting, in this case, a gaming community.

Personally I believe you have proven yourself to be one of the most helpful, dedicated and sensible members of staff on the roster.

You go out of your way to handle reports/appeals on the forums as extra credit for your activity, not to mention your already fantastic in-game activity.

This "racism" malarkey was poorly reported/handled from the start and personally I felt as though the entire story wasn't told; my judgement was therefore skewed. Regardless of the outcome, we briefly spoke about it in Steam PMs and you even apologised for getting (understandably) frustrated at how silly it all was.

Political correctness debate aside, we're all here to have fun. Volunteering to moderate SSRP is something you clearly enjoy doing and have proven so fairly consistently in my eyes. We could the extra pair of hands that still enjoys helping out wherever possible.

Yes, it indeed is the racism thing. I found it inappropriate and unprofessional, joke or not. Also, I'm entitled to my own opinion and will stick to it.
