Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a mod has help me get a better feel on the server and the people that are on it to and has help me get to know the staff that I play with as well also help me get to know some of the rules better too and I think me becoming an admin would make the work a lot easier as I see there are not a lot of active admins as much as there
use to be.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:
So as a mod I've had a lot of things happen to me were I could have used another staff member to help me about 2 weeks in my staffing as a mod I had 4 players spamming
props prop flying and more and in that time I could have used a admin or more and yes I've had more then one problem like this one before as a mod.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would discuss with the staff member that permabanned them and tell him that you only should have ban them depending on the recent's that they now if they were hacking on the server then it may end up going to a permban if the ban they are using is causing problems for the server or for players or if it crashes the server now if the player is using a alt to evade a ban on there main acc it would result in a permban.

Why I should be promoted:
I feel that my time as a mod has helped me get a better understanding of how this server works and helped me get to know the rules a lot more then I use to know them when I was a user I
feel like if I was an admin it would make my life and other players life's easier on the server as I am an active staff member on the ZARP servers and I plan to be even more active the
following weeks coming up as I have summer coming up in 2 months as a mod life is a little hard when you have to deal one or more players at the same time it becomes a pain to
have players RDMing you and not be able to stop them fast enough before they kill you it would be easier if you could grab them with the physics gun and stop them before it's too late.
