As promised here is my feedback: Jim_Jam you bump to much lad! You are a active user in the server and ts! You are always able to be contacted. I only havent really seen a leadership... I think if you can improve on that you are accepted but you are already able to get accepted for now IMO! I wish you the best of luck!
