Right, let's get this feedback over and done with!

Application wise:

I support you on your idea's to make sure the LT hands those officials/demotes out, but you can also have a great hand whilst being SA for that so for that idea!

I also see that you want to tackle the biased part of the team and getting them places?
I understand that and I'm against that too, but at this moment we have no biased part in our TTT team that we can touch so I'm wondering what do you see that I don't?

Lastly, about the app, You're saying you getting HA will hopefully turn the server for the better, I'm wondering what will you be able to do then what you can't right now?

Personality:

I think you're a great guy with a good attitude.
You're active on TS and on the forums.
You are approachable and that's always a good thing!

My concerns towards you! (not a bad thing just things I see)
Your server time/ activity at this moment is lacking though. I know you just came off inactivity and I already told you that it might be a bad time to apply because of that.

There is this: However I do trust you and do want to see you grab this title and rock it out I think you have bad/meh judgment at times and I have seen a couple of mistakes/situations where this has gone bad after you trained someone and they didn't get the full note of it all, I won't post the exact situations nor say you did a bad job, I just think you should make sure someone knows all the ins and outs before letting them go and staff by themselves!

Overall, I think you should get this rank but not at this moment

Even though I'm not part of the TTT staff team anymore, I still feel like you could use a bit more time as Super Admin. As limited visibility I have, you seem like you're slipping into the leadership role quite well after never being in lead team before. Personally, a bit more time wouldn't hurt but the fact you have plans you want to try and impose is a good asset.
