Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A situation where it's appropriate to use the ban command would be if a player mass RDM's and leaves. This ban would be around 1-3 days long depending on the severity of the situation.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would read over the report and talk to the staff member that banned them. I would then respond to the appeal saying:
"Hello Player X. I have spoken with the staff member that banned you and we have agreed to shorten your ban to 3 days. Please read over the rules during this time to ensure you won't be banned again in the future. If you are caught hacking again, you will be instantly banned, no questions asked. Thank you for making this appeal and have fun playing on the server!"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have lots of experience with staffing in the server in the past I and have help a lead team rank on the server which shows I can be trusted with powers. I am aware of all the commands I will be granted and the situations where they'll be appropriate to use.

I havent been online for a while ( reasons ) but I know you were a great staff member before you resigned from TTT.
From what I have seen In-game it was fine and good behaviour and friendly in the TS but I havent seen enough to vote in the meeting/give support right now.
