I have been in Marokko for a week and studied a lot for upcoming tests hence the activity is a bit shaky

Been playing for more than a year

Languages I speak:
Dutch, English and understand a little German as well

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Rdm which stands for Random Deathmatch means that one player is killed for an invalid reason for example Player A is walking down the street towards the car dealer to pick up his car and then he randomly gets shot in the back by Player B this is then classified as RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR which stands for New Life Rule means if you get killed you should not return or interact with the district if this district is spawn then leave spawn as fast as possible for example Player A is raiding Player B. Player A dies he respawns and returns to the base and interact with Player B. Player A is now breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would both teleport them to a secluded area I would ask both the players their story but I can’t see what happened exactly at that moment for example Player X could have been shooting at him I would ask for any kind of proof if that is not provided I would give them a verbal warning and let them of. But if there is proof of Player Y RDMing Player X I would possibly warn him after taking a look at his rapsheet and then let them both go.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in the console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would go to Player X as he would have made an f1 I would teleport them to a secluded area and Ask Player Y why he came back to kill Player X despite nlr. If he lied and said he didn’t I would warn him as I would be able to tell that NLR was broken due to the kills being so close together and the time stamps and take a look at his rap sheet if he has done this before. If he has a lot of recents I would warn him but if he doesn’t have any recents I’ll give him a verbal and tell him to not do it again

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen as a Moderator because I am very active on the SSRP servers and I only play ZARP on Garry's Mod.
For a while now, I have been thinking about applying for Moderator and around when I joined, I was thinking about applying, but felt I wasn't ready at the time.
Now that I have gained a lot of experience and know a lot more about the rules and the community in general, I feel I am ready to make this move and apply for moderator.
Furthermore, as I don’t like it when rule breakers get away with what they did, I would do a lot of F1’s and make rulebreakers get justice.
I also really get annoyed by F1's not being handled, as it is the main way to stop rules being broken. As a Moderator I would make sure that I do a lot of F1's and help people out.
Also, I have made mistakes on the server in the past, which resulted in punishments but that time is long over and I try to not break any rules. hence the 0 recents right now, also I know some people might not think I'm actually staff material but why not give me a shot to prove myself?

Activity could be a bit of a problem. Application is decent, hopefully no recents, former Moderator, that's a big plus, if you weren't demoted of course. I'll see what i'll be voting when the meeting comes.
