How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that my time as an Administrator has given me enough experience to know everything an Admin should know. Whilst being an Administrator i've worked with the rest of the staff team including the LT, i have learnt alot from them and picked up alot of commands that SA's have, and basically know how to use them appropiately, also my time as Administrator has shown my Trust and Dedication to the staff team.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Trust
My time as an administrator has gained me more trust, i've been here for well over 3 months, and within the community for 3 years and 4 months, i've also been an SSRP Moderator and an Deathrun Administrator in the past, i also used to do the spreadsheets, showing I had more trust to not fuck up those things, i'm a very known player, and i am keep trying to improve the trust between myself and the staff team, and the users ofcourse.
Maturity
I am an overall pretty mature player that can make jokes with people, when it comes to rulebreaks, I am very strict and direct, I don't like it when people break rules, as it mostly just ruins the fun on the server and sets a bad example
Activity/Dedication
My activity is pretty good, although I have to work over the weekends and in the vacations I gotta work weekdays aswell, my activity is still good, and I am always approachable by any staff member, and my activity will help as Super Administrator, I can see staff members in action and see which staff members actively play the server or not.
Teamspeak/Forums
I'm extremely active on the forums and Teamspeak, this will be useful as an SA, to deal with report abuses, appeals and for Teamspeak to talk to the staff team, i also interact with players from every server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
At once, i had a few staff members arguing, i couldn't do anything as they were the same rank as me, i called an SA+ To deal with the situation for me, i also had a map with no textures for no users, and i couldn't change the map, had to call an HA to forcechange it, i also had an Administrator who had resigned once ban a moderator twice, so i perm banned the Admin and contacted an LT Member, and there was eventually an LT Member to deal with this, he removed his powers, unbanned him and brought him up in the LT Meeting
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I'll ensure on the topic that everyone knows that I am handling the report.
I will then question the accused staff member about the situation that is provided within the report, and go off the evidence.
After talking to the staff member I will go over given evidence if given, if evidence is not given, I would talk to the user.
After looking at both parties' side, I will decide whether I will bring this up in the LT Meeting or not.
After I decided whether or not I will bring it up, I will post my outcome on the forums.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I will approach the staff member in a calm a friendly manner, I will then proceed by asking him why he gave the ban that length. After he has told me the reason, and I see that the ban length was too long, I will tell him that he shouldn't give the ban that length, and I will then reduce the ban length.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
At first, i'll PM the staff member i will be taking over the situation he is currently handling, and handle it appropiately, i'll then proceed by PM'ing the staff member asking why he was being unfriendly, and why he was dealing with it inappropiately, after he has told me, i'll tell him that if he's stressed, or had a bad day, he's better off not dealing with anything, to protect himself, and the users.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
At first, i'll say in ACHAT to both the staff members to calm down, and i'll then PM The accuser what has happened, and if he does have any evidence, if he does, i'll obviously review it and talk to the accused staff member, after PM'ing the Accuser, i'll PM the accused asking him what happened, and how to avoid this the next time, if the accuser had evidence, i'll PM the accused asking him what happened, and then say that he shouldn't do the thing he did again, and how to avoid it, after PM'ing i'll say in Admin Chat:
Guys, keep in mind we have to work as a team, if there's any issues, contact an LT Member, or use the Report Abuse section on the Forums

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?[/color
I'll say the following in admin chat: Okay guys, cut out this argument please, there is no need for this.
I'll then proceed by PM'ing the Disrespectul/Argument Starting Staff Member with the following: There is no need to be disrespectul to other staff members/users Or causing arguments, i recommend you stop showing this sort of attitude, thanks in advance.
After PM'ing him, i'll say in admin chat: Everyone, please keep in mind that we are supposed to work as a team, and not start arguments/disrespect each other in admin chat, if you have an issue, contact an SA+ or use the Report Abuse section on the Forums
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
At first i'll record some of his rulebreaks, i'll then PM him telling him to stop doing what he's doing as it's unacceptable, i'll then ask him why he is doing this, after hearing looking at his PM (whatever he has to say) i'll tell him what he did is unacceptable, and should definetily re-read the rules, i'll also tell him he will be brought up in the LT Meeting, and if he does this again, he can risk an Emergency Demotion
