Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that the time I have spent as a moderator has made me more familiar with the rules and commands, when and how to use them. It has also introduced me to a lot more players and staff members who I have not spoken to yet. The time spent as a mod has also improve my knowledge on the rules. I also feel that the way I handle F1's and players who maybe breaking rules would contribute to me becoming admin massively because I treat the players equally to avoid being bias and to make sure they do not feel targeted.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
2 players were raiding a new players base. The new player had a building sign on his base but the 2 players proceeded to raid the base, I froze both players and explained why they should not be raiding, but due to them having recent punishments I warned them. After I warned the players one of the raiders started pasting offensive text screens on the players base. Unfortunately there were no admins active so that the player could be banned, so I kicked the player and he did not join back.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratulations for being accepted into the SSRP staff team. If you hold down your tab key, it'll open a list with all the players on the server, and when you click on any of their names it will show a list of commands below their profile. You can use these commands as a punishment for players who decide to break rules.
There are a few commands that are used against players who join the server to rule break.
Mute. The mute command stops players from typing anything in the chat, and it is meant for players who may be rule breaking through text chat on the server. For example if a player was harassing another player, you can start off his punishment by chat muting him, so he can no longer continue.
Global mute. Global mute is a command that mute's a player in voice chat, this is meant to be used for players who are rule breaking through their microphone. For example if a payer was mic spamming, you can use this command to stop them from continuously doing it.
Freeze. The freeze command stops a player from moving. An example of when it could be used is when a player is rdming another player, you can freeze the rdmer to stop him from killing people
Kick. This command kicks a player off of the server. This command should be used once you have given a player multiple chances to stop breaking rules. For example if a player was continuously harassing another player after many mutes and verbal warnings, it would be appropriate to kick the player from the server.
Slay. The slay command kills a player and puts them back to the spawn area on the map. This command could be used if a player was breaking nlr but alternatively you can teleport the player out of the district or ask them to leave it.
Teleport. The teleport command allows you to teleport you or other players to where ever your crosshair is positioned. You can use this command when you handle a sit and you need to teleport to a roof, you can also use it as an alternative for the bring command and tp the player making the report to you.
Goto. The goto command allows you to teleport to a player. You can use this command for when you're handling an F1 to teleport yourself to the player who made the report and to the player the report is against.
Bring. The bring command brings players to you. You can use this command for bring a player if they're stuck in a prop or when you're handling an F1 and you need to bring the player to you. Alternatively you can use the teleport command to teleport them also.
Back. The back command can send you or any other players back to spawn or their last location. You can use this once you're finished with a sit and send a player back to their previous location.
Rapsheet. You can access a players rapsheet by pressing F6 and select player to get the rapsheet of a player who is currently online or pasting in a players steam id to view their punishments if they're not online. Another way of accessing a players rapsheet is by pressing tab, clicking on the players name and clicking rapsheet. You can use a players rapsheet to decide how harsh of a punishment a player deserves for breaking the rules.
Unban from job. This command allows you to unban players from a job that they may have been banned from. For example if a player was banned from a job falsely, this command could be used to unban the player from that specific job.
Finally if you press F1, it'll bring up a small box. In here you will be able to view admin requests, warnings, logs and active nlr of players.
The admin requests tab shows you all the F1's made by the players on the server, if you right click a report it'll bring a small menu and you can click handle F1 to begin handling.
The warnings tab is simple, it brings up a list of the players who have recieved a warning.
The logging tab shows you the logs on the server and can consist of job changes, kills and arrests etc.
The active nlr tab shows you the players who have a nlr in a district.
To warn a player you can type in the chat /warn <steamid> <reason>.
Once again congratulations on getting accepted to be a SSRP moderator.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would try to contact the admin who has banned the player to talk about whether the ban should be either removed, lowered or if the player should wait out the ban. Once I am in contact with the admin, I would then listen to what they have to say after reviewing the appeal, once they have said what is needed, I would give my view on the appeal just in case they might've missed something whilst reading the appeal. Once I have finished discussing the appeal with the admin, we will both attempt to figure out if the players ban would be removed, lowered or stay the same.
If the player was denied I would leave a message on his appeal saying this:
"After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to deny this appeal. You have been banned for prop spamming on despite the warnings you were given in advance. I suggest you wait out your ban a little bit longer. In the mean time you can refresh your mind on the rules of our server.

If the player's appeal was accepted I would leave a message saying this:
After reviewing your appeal with the admin who has banned you, we have decided to remove your ban entirely because of how apologetic you are, we expect you to no longer prop spam on our servers as it will result in you getting permanently banned once more. Take some time to read through our server rules before playing.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I feel that I have fully understood what it is like moderating on SSRP, I fully understand when I should and shouldn't use the commands. When ever I am on the server and I see someone struggling with building, what weapons are good and how to play the game mode in general, I usually give them tips on how they can make money, how to build and more so that they can have a more enjoyable time on the server. I usually interact with everyone on the server in a friendly way.I believe that becoming an admin can help me manage players more easily and help other moderators who may need help with a player who needs to be banned and also handle ban appeal's and warn requests etc.
