I don't think Richard is fully ready yet, but his resignation really isn't something I consider to be a deciding factor in that at all. The thing is the fact he resigned proves he has no where near enough dedication as he was willing to leave in an instant now suddenly changed his mind and what's this high of a role within the community kinda silly not saying it will be a massive factor but you still need to take this into account as he clearly ISN'T DEDICATED ENOUGH I never said it shouldn't be taken into account sir, I'm just saying it isn't the only thing that factors into dedication smh. Neither did I sometimes I wish people were capable OF READING rather then sucking off there mates |

He doesn't need to state things that will help you improve, he's just sharing his opinion and you're getting mad about it, there's no need for the smart ass comments like "I don't have memory loss". To me, your response shows a lack of maturity, and a recent resignation is a very valid point when thinking about how dedicated a staff member is, as lead team is a much bigger role than moderator and administrator. |
