I agree. First offences within a certain category of rule-breaks should be punished with a verbal. However, if you have further occurrences that would go under the same category as previously punished for, you should increase the seriousness of the punishment(s) respectively. (Warn/Strike (1-3), kick and ban - all of which depend on how serious the rule-break is and that factor in what I have beforementioned)
